Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Fumero: the trade name of fumeroshop.com, part of Held Supplements
• Held Supplements: the legal entity under which Fumero is operated
• Customer: any natural person who places an order
• Agreement: any purchase agreement between Fumero and the customer

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via fumeroshop.com.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and Prices

All prices on fumeroshop.com are displayed in Euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Fumero reserves the right to change prices and product information.

Manifest errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

4. Ordering and Payment

An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer completes an order and receives a confirmation of this.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency (via DePay).

In case of payment via bank transfer, the order will be processed after receipt of the payment.

5. Delivery

Orders will be delivered while supplies last.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Fumero is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order up to 14 days after receipt, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

Opened, used, or sealed products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

The costs for return shipping are at the customer’s expense.

7. Liability

Fumero is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

The liability of Fumero is limited to the amount of the order.

8. Use of Products

Products sold via fumeroshop.com are intended exclusively for adults.

The customer is personally responsible for the correct and legally permitted use of the products.

9. Force Majeure

Fumero is not obliged to fulfill any obligations if there is a case of force majeure, including delivery issues, government measures, or technical failures.

10. Complaints

Complaints must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable period after discovery.

11. Applicable Law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
