We do our best to ship your order as quickly and discreetly as possible.

Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are processed and shipped the same day.

Average delivery time: 1 business day
Shipping via PostNL or a similar carrier.

After shipping, you will automatically receive a track & trace to follow your order.

Please note: during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances at the delivery service, the delivery time may vary.

Minimum order amount

A minimum order amount of €49 applies to all orders.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for returns

• The product is unused
• The product is in its original and undamaged packaging
• Any seals have not been broken

Once we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days.

The costs for returning the product are for your own account.

Return exceptions

Due to hygiene, safety, and legislation, the following products cannot be returned:

• Opened or used vapes, cartridges, candy, or cookies
• Products with a broken seal
• Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

This exclusion also applies if the product has only been partially used.

Received a wrong or damaged product?

Did you receive a wrong or damaged product? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, preferably with photos of the product and the packaging.

We will always work together to find a suitable solution.
